As per the Gazette released on July 21st by the CPCB regarding Waste Tyre Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), an important interim arrangement has been introduced. Here’s what you need to know: 

Under the Waste Tyre EPR, the CPCB has implemented an interim solution to manage EPR exchange credits. All producers (manufacturers & importers) and recyclers must register themselves on the online portal.

Additionally, they are required to maintain records of raw material procurement, sales of end products, and EPR Certificate transactions in an Excel sheet format.
