“The Nanhe Kalam Initiative”
VINCULAR in collaboration with SRI has been empowering the underprivileged students of government schools, so that they can get the top-quality education and break the vicious cycle of poverty. The ‘Nanhe kalam program was started by SRI foundation in January 2022 at Almora, Uttarakhand.
We believe that ‘Education is the key to success in life, and teachers make a lasting impact in the lives of their students.’ Vincular came forward and support this initiative by:
1. Extending a helping hand in hiring ideal teachers for Students.
2. We provided our office space to the students, so they can enjoy the learning process, and can have an opportunity to learn in a positive environment.
3. Our team acted as co-ordinators for SRI foundation, and helped, to extend this initiative in and around where the company operates.
4. Through this support and co-ordination ‘4 students from Government schools of Almora were selected in ‘Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya’.

Go Clean, Go Green - A step towards a better planet
VINCULAR, a Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) approved Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO), took part in a reforestation/plantation and plastic collecting drive near Haldwani, Nainital District of Uttarakhand.
“A helping hand placing a promising future on the right track” On World Environment Day, our team held an awareness seminar to educate the general public about the harmful consequences of plastic contaminants.
The event was held in collaboration with a local NGO called ‘GO CLEAN GO GREEN,’ co-sponsored by the District Forest Department. There were among 130+ people who have volunteered for this noble cause to save our mother nature. The event comes to a close with a commitment that we must help mother earth heal and improve not just today, but every day.

“Daan Utsav- Give India initiative ”
VINCULAR, in collaboration with Self Reliant India (SRI) organized DAAN UTSAV program to support the economically weaker section of society. The event was focused on raising funds for the education of underprivileged children.
Vision: Access to education has always been a challenge for economically weaker section of society. With an Aim to uplift the lives of such children and their families, we spread the joy by giving back to the community and bringing a smile to underprivileged children and their families.
As the saying goes – ‘Giving is a step towards heaven’. We stepped forward to support the next generation of our society by donating at ‘Give India’ and being a part of this initiative. Our clients and employees too, came forward for this initiative by making financial contributions.

Restoring Forest Land – Plant for Planet
Vincular is associated with ‘Forest Samithi’ which aims at restoring forest land and empower local forest communities. The initiative which is committed to conserve native tree species and eco-restore degraded lands, while also empowering forest communities with livelihood opportunities through sustainable ecological conservation.
E-Waste Awareness- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
VINCULAR organized an Awareness programme in Almora district, Uttarakhand on 14th March,2022 . The theme of this programme was: “इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कचरे से जुडी बात, कुमाऊँनी होली के साथ”
The objective of this initiative was to reach out to the youth of Uttarakhand during the festive week of Holi and educate them about E-waste management and their responsibility towards this serious issue.
Mini Marathon, Haldwani
VINCULAR conducted a Mini Marathon “Lakshya- A Run Against E-waste” in Haldwani, District Nainital, Uttarakhand on 22nd Dec 2019.
The intent of this initiative was to create a common platform for different age groups, thus, allowing VINCULAR to ensure awareness about electronic waste and its management as well as to educate people about star labelling scheme of BEE.

Diwali 2021 Celebration- Spreading Light of Happiness

VINCULAR, in association with its clients distributed the meal of happiness to the students at the blind school, at Haldwani, Uttarakhand. To emphasize the significance, VINCULAR, in collaboration with Secure Now, organized a Mental Wellness session for all its employees. The session’s acmes at Managing Work-Life Stress, Understanding various personality characteristics, Chronic stress, and how stress affects work performance.

First-Aid is better than last!
Disasters like earthquakes, fire, flood, hurricanes, landslides etc are unpredictable and can have long-lasting impacts. A recent disaster which occurred in Turkey and Syria on 6th Feb’23 has been described as the worst event in 100 years having death toll rising to 28000 and more counting. In such situations, the immediate support of trained personnel is often unavailable, making it essential for common people to have knowledge of basic disaster management techniques.
At VINCULAR, we recognise the importance of preparing our employees for such unforeseen circumstances. We organised a 3-day workshop from 8th Feb.’23 to 10th Feb.’23 on ‘FIRST-AID’ in collaboration with the Resilient Foundation. The workshop provided our employees with essential life-saving skills and knowledge to be better equipped to handle emergencies.
The aim of this workshop was to address key points as: How to preserve life, prevent further harm, promote recovery and first-aid training. Practical techniques were taught on how to respond quickly, what methods or tools to perform First – Aid. Trainings were given on – Bandage Knots, Stretchers, Fire-Training, CPR.

Awareness Workshop at Residential Society, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
VINCULAR, as a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO), organized an E-waste awareness event at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh to make people aware about Waste management.
There were around 200+ participants included in this workshop including the society members and the workers working in Nagar Nigam Varanasi.
