Job Responsibilities include : –

• Research and Database management for global product compliance requirements, mapping of requirements efficiently to reduce overall compliance cost for customer.
• Conducting market research to determine customer needs and industry trends.
• To identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
• Develops and executes an outbound prospecting plan for sales team to target potential customers.
• Collaborating with other departments like Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Admin team to ensure effective communications and efficient operations.
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders within the organization, taking progress reporting, and controlling project execution timelines.
• Suggest innovative techniques to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Search, plan and attend seminars, webinars, campaigns, meetings relevant to the compliance industry and submit reports.

Required Skills:-

• Knowledge of international certificate requirements and experience of project management for the same.
• Relevant Experience in certifications like CE, FCC, BSMI, KC, SASO, TRA, etc
• High Result Oriented person with well-defined objectives to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong in research and analysis with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through.
• Provide an excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests.
• Able to travel to different cities in India and Abroad as per the business requirements
• Growth mindset, focused on improving business outcomes
• Well-versed with MS-Tools like MS-Excel, PowerPoint and good at Database Management
