Job Responsibilities include: –

Hiring & Onboarding–

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring mandates.
  • Posting job requirements, Screening, and short-listing candidates through online portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Co – ordinating with candidates and internal team for setting up the interview.
  • Sharing timely communication with candidates and internal team on hiring updates.
  • Coordination with IT, Admin and Marketing team for Pre – Onboarding preparations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Training & Development: Collaborating and co-ordinating with different departments to identify training needs and recommending strategies related to learning & development implementation.

Employee Engagement: Leading and Co – ordinating with relevant stakeholders for all Staff welfare & employee engagement activities.

Rewards & Recognitions: Co-ordinating with different departments for award nominations and admin team for purchases and payments.

Co-ordinating with different teams: –

  • Co-ordination with admin team for HR related activities.
  • Co-ordination with Marketing team for creating and publishing promotional activities related to HR function.
  • Co-ordination with Accounts team for timely payments related to HR activities.
  • Co-ordinating with other internal departments for sharing employee information on request.

Other Responsibilities include:-

  • Documents management for employee records and other official HR activities
  • Maintaining records, calendars for routine activities related to staff welfare, trainings, etc.
  • Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity.

Required Skills:-

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Well versed with MS-tools applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
