End-use application	The standard for block bottom valve sacks made from PP woven laminated fabric for packaging 50 kg of cement:  Material: Polypropylene (PP) woven fabric with lamination for durability and moisture resistance.  Capacity: Designed to hold 50 kg of cement.  Design: Block bottom for stability and a valve for easy filling and sealing.  Strength: Must withstand the weight of the cement, with reinforced seams to prevent leakage.  Testing: Requires tests for burst strength, seam integrity, and leakage.  Labeling: Must include weight, manufacturer details, and safety information.  Environmental: Ideally recyclable or environmentally considerate.  This standard ensures the sacks are strong, secure, and suitable for the effective storage and distribution of cement.

The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India regularly issues Quality Control Orders (QCOs) under the aspect of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to regulate various types of goods imported into or manufactured locally within the country. This product falls under the mandatory BIS-ISI Mark certification scheme (Scheme-I of Schedule II), requiring manufacturers and importers to obtain a valid license by a specified deadline. Failure to comply will lead to the prohibition of importing, manufacturing or selling these goods in the Indian market.
