CPCB has come up with an update to the E-waste Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) online portal. The portal has been updated with new features.

The latest improvements represent a major advancement in simplifying and maximizing Producers’ EPR obligations.

Key Updates Include:

1. Portal has been updated to file the Annual Returns.

2. Producers can update the Sales data on the portal in a regular interval of time.

3. Portal has the visibility of the EPR target as per the new framework for the generation of EPR certificates for each metal i.e., Gold (Au), Aluminium (Al), Copper (Cu) and Iron (Fe).

4. Producers can view the available EPR credit for each metal.

These improvements streamline compliance and empower producers to manage their EPR responsibilities efficiently.
