CPCB is actively reminding all EPR holders through mail to submit their annual filing on or before October 31, 2023. Please be informed of the following points-
- EPR-holders under PWM Regulations who received their EPRs before March 31, 2023, are legally obligated to submit their annual returns online to avoid environmental penalties.
- Brand owners, importers, and producers must promptly upload procurement and sales invoices on their online accounts.
