Annual Plastic Waste Filing for FY 2024-25 – Now Open

This is to inform the Producer, Importer, and Brand Owner (PIBOs) that the annual filing for FY 2024-25, Plastic Waste Management, is now open. As per regulatory requirements under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, all PIBOs are required to submit their annual return. 

If you fail to do so, it will be considered non-compliance and may result in environmental compensation. 

To avoid any problems or action from the authorities, it’s best to submit your filing at the earliest.
